Roads mesh HARDplus

Increasing the service life and reducing costs for road surface restoration

Reinforcing grids are made of HARDplus composite reinforcement. This makes them an indispensable element in road construction. Thanks to sand spraying, such reinforcement has good adhesive properties. And due to its resistance to corrosion, it helps to increase the service life of roads.

Does not rust

Cheaper than steel

Increases building life by 3 times

FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) rebar with sand coating HARDplus – non-metallic rods composed of glass, basalt, carbon or aramid fibers impregnated with thermohardening or thermoplastic polymer binders. FRP rebar with glass fibers is called glass fiber reinforced polymer rebar (GFRP rebar), FRP rebar with basalt fibers is called basalt fiber reinforced polymer rebar (BFRP rebar), FRP rebar with carbon fibers is called carbon fiber reinforced polymer rebar (CFRP rebar). For excellent adhesion to concrete GFRP rebar is covered with special-purpose ribs or sand coating while its production. Our company manufactures basalt and glass fiber reinforced polymer rebar. HARDplus GFRP rebar is twice stronger than steel bars, conducts no heat, no decay and 43% more cast effective!

Rebar HARDplus with sand coating is leading power in the world of composites!

GFRP rebar delivery

In order to deliver 2 km of steel bars you will need special-purpose equipment, and in order to conduct loading and unloading you will need pretty much time and workers. More over, the cost of all these operations will be quite price.

In order to deliver 2 km of HARDplus GFRP rebar you will just need a car. Due to the fact that GFRP rebar can be delivered in coils/rolls and its weight is about 10 times lower than of steel bars, loading and unloading operations will take just about 15 minutes and 1 worker.

Difference of GFRP rebar HARDplus from conventional composite rebar:

GFRP rebar with sand coating HARDplus

Normal GFRP rebar

Since conventional composite rebar is slidable and has 83% adhesion to concrete, its application is limited and suitable for constructions with low loads only. Composite rebar with sand coating HARDplushas no such disadvantages, which makes it twice more reliable!
